Salam best friend, welcome back to my article. This time I will discuss what causes children's thinking skills to decline. Now a child is not always the ability to think always increases continuously, of course, there must be a decline.
What Causes Thinking Skills of Children to Decline?

Thinking of children decreases there must always be a cause. Now let's discuss here the cause and look carefully. Let's start the literacy culture early on!

What is that thinking?

Thinking is the most important characteristic of human beings, to distinguish from other creatures. So, thinking is the process of working a mind in humans, for the development of a concept and idea in a person.

Thinking can also be defined as a person's mental activities that involve work on the brain. Thinking also means hard work, that is, which involves someone's leadership, to be able to understand something that is experienced or find a solution to a problem at hand.

What are all kinds of thinking?

Thinking there are also kinds of things as follows:

1. Think naturally

Natural thinking is thinking by reasoning based on daily habits from the influence of nature around it.

2. Thinking autistic ally

Autistic thinking is thinking in a fantasy and fantasy way, thinking this by looking at life as a picture with fantastic images. For example, dreams.

3. Thinking realistically

Realistic thinking is thinking according to one's abilities. So that thinking is not only wishful thinking but with reality in the real world and accompanied by proof.

What are the processes of thinking?

The nets are thinking or the process of thinking is as follows:

1. Establish a problem

Problems that arise are used as something that must be investigated in order to obtain answers to the problem so that the problem can have very diverse answers.

2. Finding the hypothesis

After setting a problem, start by forming a hypothesis. Hypotheses are used to connect the meaning of problems, as a solution to a problem at hand.

3. Check

The hypothesis is proven through checking on actual events or through tests that are related to facts.

What causes children's thinking skills to decline?

1. Nutrition

Nutrition greatly influences the process of thinking of children, the type of food consumed by children is unhealthy, certainly has an impact on children's thinking patterns. So instill early on children start consuming healthy and nutritious foods.

Its, eat processed foods or junk food. Because the food tastes tastier and tastier even though the food is considered not edible and not good for the body because some experts consider that the food is considered a "junk" food that is generally cooked by frying.

So it has calorie, saturated fat, and Excessive artificial sweeteners. And can make children's thinking decrease because of too much food in it.

2. Environmental factors

The environment around us also causes children's thinking to decline, if the environment is good, children can think critically. Whereas a bad environment for children's thinking will also affect it. The environment referred to here is not just a family environment, but also the school environment or the community environment. For example, the child drinks hard.

3. Education

In addition to the above factors, education also affects the child's mindset. A school is a place where children get formal knowledge. If children in school get a decent education, then the power of thought will be high.

Because they at school get knowledge by teaching and reading reference books. If children's education is inadequate, the child's thinking process will be hampered.

So it can be concluded that thinking is the process of working a mind in humans, for the development of a concept and idea in a person. The cause of children's thinking ability is decreased due to three things, namely nutrition, environmental factors, and education.
